Free description

Born a prince, Milliard Peacecraft soon lost his family (with the exception of his sister, Relena) when the war broke out in Sank Kingdom. Later in life, he let go of his true identity and became Zechs Marquise. Known to others as the Lightning Duke, he became one of the elite soldiers in the war against the Federation (and the earth colonies) as a member of OZ.

Later, he became less enchanted with the reasoning for this war and decided to leave OZ. At the end of the series, wavering in his mental state, he leaves Earth to help with the Mars colony.
